COMPLETE SUPPORT CONTRACT:

The complete support contract provides you with the tools and all of SUBNET Solutions service options.

ASE 2000 PCM-RS
   
ASE2000 Test Set for operation on laptop computers. Includes ASE dual-channel, cables, adapters, software, and documentation.
Protocol Capture File Analysis
Online Support
Phone and Email Support
24 Hour turn around on any issue
Billed in ½ hour increments
Report that includes:
   
Problem Encountered
   
Steps taken to resolve problem
   
Resolution
   
Time billed per support issue.
Billed every 10 hours or every month

 

FULL SUPPORT CONTRACT:

The full support contract similar to the complete contract is for owners of the ASE 2000 test set, who would still like the all of the service options.

The Basic support contract is for those who would like the phone and email support. No capture file analysis is included.

Billed in ½ hour increments

    Steps taken to resolve problem
    Resolution
    Time billed per support issue.
Billed every 10 hours or every month

Please Note: You may upgrade to any other service option at any time. The cost will be reflected at next invoice.
*Support contracts are limited to 10 hours, billed in minimum ½ hour intervals.
